It was my mom’s birthday and we decided to make little deserts. So I put the chocolate mousse in small plastic (shot) cups.

So here's the recipe!

125 grams of chocolate into pieces

2 eggs, separated into yolks and whites

2x 25 grams of sugar

200 ml cream

Optional: a tablespoon cognac

Melt the chocolate carefully.

Mix the egg whites to a soft solid unit and gradually add the 25 grams of sugar.

In another bowl, beat the egg yolks with 25 grams of sugar and brandy, if desired, until creamy.

Whip the cream lobed.

Stir egg white, egg yolk and cream with just a few strokes together lightly.

Stir the chocolate as well, then add all at once to the egg mixture. Stir quickly and lightly mix until a smooth mousse. Leave it in a pretty bowl or different sections at least 2 hours in the fridge.

Serve with whipped cream.

Italian Night

My dear friend always wanted to organize an Italian night in which we would cook Italian and have some fun. So when her birthday came up, my other friend Melissa and me decided to give her a basket full of Italian stuff with a gift coupon to have an actual Italian Night. So on the first of December the time!!

We made a red pasta sauce with cannelloni past. The receipt was improvised at that moment but inspired by the following recipe.

This was a lasagne with pumpkin, recipe from the Lidl.

We made bruschetta and a carpaccio on toast.

We invited all our parents to come and enjoy all the food we made. We had an amazing time with good food, drinks and amazing company.
